Employment & Labor Associate – Arras

We are seeking a junior or experienced employment lawyer to join our multidisciplinary team in Arras. You will advise and represent clients on their day-to-day employment law matters, with a balanced focus on both advisory and litigation work.

• Advise clients on individual and collective labor law issues
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation
• Work autonomously within a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Ideal candidates will have:

• CAPA qualification and either a DJCE or a Master 2 in employment law
• At least 3 years of successful experience in a law firm, specializing in employment law
• Strong legal training, analytical and synthesis skills, and a client-focused mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a team-player attitude
• Comfort with digital tools and AI-based legal support solutions
