Growing US law firm is seeking a 2nd–5th year Employment & Labor attorney to join its national Employment & Labor practice. The role is open across multiple California offices and involves a mix of litigation and counseling work for a varied client base.

Day-to-day responsibilities include case development, research and brief writing, managing discovery and witness interviews/investigations, and providing employment counseling on policies, compliance, and separation matters. The team values strong writing, client-facing judgment, and an ability to mentor more junior colleagues.

2–5 years of employment & labor experience
Experience in litigation practice: case development, discovery, witness interviews/investigations, and brief writing
Employment counseling experience advising on policies, statutory/regulatory compliance, and separation agreements
Strong academic record, excellent legal writing and communication skills, high motivation and initiative
Admission to the California bar required
