Employment & Labor Partner — New York

Senior partner opportunity to join a well-established national law firm’s New York employment and labor practice. The role focuses on leading high-profile client work across union matters, collective bargaining, employment litigation, and day-to-day counseling for sophisticated employers.

Expect a mix of litigation and advisory matters, responsibility for business development and practice growth, and collaboration with colleagues across offices to service multi-jurisdictional clients. This is a client-facing role with substantial partner-level autonomy.

• Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including litigated matters and union negotiations
• Strong track record of originating and growing client relationships
• Admission to practice in New York and ability to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
