An established employment team is inviting expressions of interest from talented Employment Lawyers who would like to explore future opportunities. The practice advises a diverse client base spanning local SMEs through to multinational organisations, working closely with HR teams, in-house legal functions and business leaders to deliver strategic, commercially focused employment law advice.

The team operates across Scotland, the wider UK and internationally, and works alongside pensions and corporate colleagues. The role involves a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with the chance to broaden experience, take on greater responsibility and develop within a collaborative environment.

Positions are available across two Scottish office locations with hybrid working, and candidates interested in future vacancies as well as current ones are welcome to start a conversation.

Qualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law
Strong advisory experience acting for employer clients
Experience running and managing an independent caseload
Employment tribunal and dispute management experience
Experience advising on TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
Commercially minded, collaborative approach with excellent organisational skills
