Apply in confidence →Established national employment-litigation team is seeking an experienced associate to join its Boston office. The role focuses on defending employers in litigation and administrative proceedings across a range of workplace claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract and related tort matters.
The associate will appear in court and before administrative agencies, handle mediations and arbitrations, and advise clients on compliance and risk-management strategies. The team offers a high-volume, client-facing practice with opportunities to lead discovery, draft dispositive motions, and manage employment-related disputes from intake through resolution.
- JD from an accredited law school and strong academic record
- Minimum 5 years of employment litigation experience; employer-side background preferred
- Admission to the Massachusetts bar or ability to obtain admission
- Familiarity with state and federal administrative agency procedures
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and strong project/time-management skills
