Equity Partner — Life Sciences Corporate, London

Leading international corporate practice is seeking an equity partner to join its London life sciences team. The role is focused on corporate work for life sciences clients, with an emphasis on transactions and strategic M&A for smaller biotech, medtech and generics businesses.

The team looks for partners with an established, active practice who can bring client relationships and contribute to growth in the UK life sciences market. This is an equity partner role only; candidates without equity status are not being considered.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level corporate practice focused on life sciences
• Track record advising startups, biotech/medtech companies or smaller generics on M&A and commercial transactions
• Based in or able to relocate to London and able to lead client engagement in the UK market
