Apply in confidence →Top-tier international law firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its Tax practice focused on executive compensation and employee benefits. The role is open to candidates based in Washington, D.C., Boston or New York.
Work will involve advising on tax and ERISA aspects of executive compensation arrangements, qualified plans, nonqualified plans, and related corporate transactions. The team serves a mix of corporate and institutional clients across industries.
- 3–6 years post-JD experience with a focus on executive compensation, ERISA, and employee benefits
- Strong tax background and experience advising on qualified and nonqualified plans, deferred compensation, equity compensation, and related transactional issues
- Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction and excellent drafting and client-counseling skills
