A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its FDA and health care practice. The role focuses on health regulatory and government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products, and is open across multiple offices.

The associate will advise on Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs, federal price reporting regimes, and government enforcement and compliance issues affecting life sciences and health care clients.

2 or more years of relevant experience (class of 2024 or above).
Background in health regulatory or government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products.
Experience with at least some of: Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs; federal price reporting laws and regulations; False Claims Act; Anti-Kickback Statute.
Strong academic credentials and advanced analytical, research, and writing skills.
