A leading international law firm is seeking mid-to-senior level associates to join its Finance & Banking practice, focusing on lending and sophisticated financings. The role involves representing lenders (such as investment and commercial banks, business development companies, and other debt financing providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in acquisition financings, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions.

The position is open across multiple offices in the United States, including New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, and San Francisco. Candidates should have experience at a peer firm and a strong background in sponsor or lender-side finance.

Mid-to-senior level associate with sponsor or lender-side finance experience
Experience at a peer firm representing lenders (investment and commercial banks, business development companies, or other debt financing providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings
Background in acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions
