We are seeking a mid-to-senior level finance associate to join a dynamic lending practice. The role involves representing lenders—including investment and commercial banks, business development companies, and other debt financing providers—and/or borrowers, such as private equity sponsors, in sophisticated financing transactions.

The work spans acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance matters. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm and a strong background in sponsor or lender-side finance.

This position is open across multiple offices, including New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, and San Francisco.

Mid-to-senior level associate with sponsor or lender-side finance experience
Experience at a peer firm representing lenders (investment and commercial banks, business development companies, or other debt financing providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors)
Background in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
