Finance & Banking Partner — Boulder

Senior partner role to lead and grow a diverse finance practice in Boulder. The role covers commercial lending, consumer finance (including card products), public finance and related commercial litigation matters.

Seeking a partner who will originate business, manage client relationships, and provide strategic and technical legal advice across transactional and contested finance matters. The position involves leading deal teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with attorneys across offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial lending and consumer finance matters, with experience on card and public finance work
• Proven origination and client-development skills at partner level
• Experience managing teams and mentoring associates
• Active bar admission and JD or equivalent
