Senior finance associate role in a highly ranked finance team, seeking an England & Wales qualified lawyer with 5–8 years' PQE. The team advises on sophisticated banking transactions across real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending on regional, national and cross‑border matters.

The role offers high‑quality, transaction‑heavy work acting for banks, investment lenders, alternative financiers and corporate borrowers, with exposure to complex, high‑value deals. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, with clear opportunities to build technical expertise and client relationships.

This is a growth role for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys collaborative teams, practical problem solving and participating in business development to support the continued expansion of the finance practice.

Qualified in England & Wales
5–8 years' PQE in banking/finance work
Experience on real estate finance, leveraged finance and/or corporate lending transactions; UK and cross‑border work advantageous
Strong technical drafting, commercial judgement, client focus and communication skills
Comfortable contributing to business development and working collaboratively in a high‑performing team
