Finance Partner — Munich

Senior finance partner role in Munich for a leading international practice advising banks and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. The role will focus on lending, syndicated facilities and related banking matters across Germany and Europe.

The post-holder will join a well-resourced team and be expected to lead client relationships, originate work and advise on complex finance structures. Strong market reputation in banking and finance is required.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in banking and finance transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition finance or similar)
• Significant partner-level experience in the German market; admitted/licensed where appropriate
• Fluent German and English; ability to originate and manage client relationships
