The role offers hands-on work across a range of transactions, including senior and mezzanine debt, asset-based lending, cash-flow and sponsor finance, unitranche and junior capital matters, and related workout and restructuring matters.

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3–5 years of corporate finance transactional experience at a large law firm
- Texas bar admission or eligibility to become admitted in Texas
- Strong writing, communication and analytical skills
- Top academic credentials
