Senior‑level transactional/regulatory role within a growing financial services and fintech team in Dubai. You will advise clients across the Middle East on regulatory compliance, licensing, digital payments, digital assets and other emerging fintech products, supporting matters from product development through market expansion.

The role offers exposure to cross‑border work across the region and collaboration with international teams, with early responsibility for client work and opportunities for career progression and sector specialisation.

1–3 years’ PQE (or equivalent post‑qualification experience)
Experience advising on financial regulation, fintech products (payments, digital assets, BNPL, regtech) or financial services licensing
Practical knowledge of UAE/Middle East regulatory frameworks or willingness to develop regional regulatory expertise
Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills; ability to work cross‑border with international teams
Excellent communication and client relationship skills; fluent English
