Experienced corporate associate sought for a core role on a growing private investment funds team. The group focuses on organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators and crypto-related funds, serving investors across the technology and life sciences sectors.

The position is open in multiple U.S. offices (including Silicon Valley, San Francisco, New York, Santa Monica, Seattle and Washington, D.C.) and supports a hybrid working model. The team advises clients at all stages, from early-stage ventures to mature investors, on fund formation, governance and related corporate and securities matters.

Applicants should be self-starting, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transactional practice advising investor-side clients.

4–8 years of experience in private investment fund formation (VC/PE focus)
Strong experience with corporate and securities law relevant to fund formation
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of hire, or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar
Superior academic credentials and top-tier professional experience
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; proven teamwork and client-service orientation
