A leading international law firm is seeking a corporate attorney with two to seven years of private investment fund formation experience to join its New York office.

The role involves representing both sponsors and investors across the full lifecycle of private investment funds. Candidates should have completed fund formation transactions, sponsor-level transactions involving general partner and management company entities, and secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests.

The ideal candidate will have practiced in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and demonstrated a high level of academic achievement.

Two to seven years of private investment fund formation experience
Experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds
Completed fund formation, sponsor-level (GP and management company) and secondary transactions
Prior corporate department experience at a national or international law firm
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
