Leading regional funds and asset management team is seeking an associate (3+ PQE) or senior associate to join its Middle East practice. The role sits within a global funds group advising sponsors, managers and institutional investors on fund formation, regulatory requirements and fund investments across a range of asset classes.

The role will focus on fund structuring and formation, drafting and negotiating fund documentation (PPMs, LPAs, subscription agreements and related investment management and administration agreements), and coordinating fund closings. You will also advise investor clients on fund investments, co-investments and bespoke managed-account arrangements.

This is a client-facing role with exposure to cross-border matters and multiple fund domiciles; the team offers strong training, development and international deal experience in a supportive environment.

3–7 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Proven experience in fund formation and structuring, including drafting and negotiating LPAs, PPMs and subscription agreements
Experience advising sponsors and/or investors on fund investments, co-investments and bespoke fund structures
Familiarity with regional and offshore domiciles such as ADGM, DIFC, Cayman, Luxembourg, Guernsey and Delaware
Strong technical knowledge of private funds market terms and negotiation points; excellent academic record and relevant legal qualification
