Funds Lateral Partner

We are partnering with a mid-sized, domestic-only law firm with a strong transactional platform and a national footprint. The firm is investing significantly in its funds practice, which is Chambers-ranked in both hedge funds and venture capital. We are seeking a lateral partner to help build out the funds practice, with an immediate focus on hedge fund work.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established relationships with fund clients that will follow you
• Counseling fund sponsors and managers on fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operations
• Experience with venture capital funds and/or hedge funds
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, close-knit partnership culture
