General Corporate Attorney — Corporate, Los Angeles

Seeking an entry‑level or junior associate to join a nationally recognized corporate practice in Los Angeles. The team advises entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and established companies on a broad range of corporate matters, with particular focus on technology, life sciences and other high‑growth industries.

Work will include exposure to emerging companies and venture capital, debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and private equity transactions. Candidates should be prepared to work on cross‑border and complex transactional matters at a high level.

• Open to Classes of 2024–2026; applicants should have at least one full year of post‑J.D. experience for junior roles
• 1–2 years general corporate experience preferred for junior associates; entry‑level candidates with strong interest in corporate practice encouraged
• Demonstrated interest or experience with emerging companies/VC, financings, M&A, capital markets or private equity
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school and excellent analytical and drafting skills
