Growing tax team in Madrid seeks a generalist tax lawyer to handle a broad range of advisory matters for corporate and private clients. The role offers regular involvement in domestic and cross-border tax issues within a collaborative, specialist tax group.

Typical work will include advising on corporate tax, M&A-related tax aspects, reorganisations and routine tax compliance and planning. You will work closely with deal teams and other practice areas and contribute to client-facing advice and internal knowledge sharing.

Qualified lawyer with demonstrable experience in tax advisory (generalist tax background).
Strong technical understanding of Spanish tax law and experience applying it to corporate transactions and restructurings.

Commercial mindset, attention to detail and commitment to professional development.
