Global Disputes Associate — Perth

An established international disputes team is seeking a Perth-based associate to join its Global Disputes practice. The role offers exposure to high-value, complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, major construction and projects disputes, regulatory disputes and class-action defence.

You will work as part of an integrated global disputes group across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with specialists on transnational matters and sensitive internal investigations. The team handles matters for major corporate clients across sectors including infrastructure, energy and financial services.

• 2–6 years post-qualification experience in litigation at a well-regarded law firm
• Strong background in general commercial litigation; experience in construction/projects and regulatory disputes advantageous
• Excellent academic record and strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Team-oriented, pragmatic communicator able to work across offices and jurisdictions
