Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the New York bar or eligibility to be admitted.
Experience in white-collar criminal defense, governmental investigations, or complex fraud matters (internships, clerkships or prior practice acceptable).
Strong written and oral advocacy, litigation drafting, and document-review skills; familiarity with discovery and e-discovery processes.
Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
