Health Care Litigation Associate — Healthcare

An established national law firm is seeking a civil litigation associate to join its health care litigation team. The role involves defending and prosecuting complex matters, including health care disputes, class actions, commercial litigation, and arbitrations.

This position is open in several U.S. offices (including Chicago, Dallas, Denver, New York, Washington, D.C., Minneapolis, and Boston). The team works on high‑stakes litigation for a range of health care industry clients and offers mentorship and professional development.

• 4–7 years of litigation experience (civil litigation focus)
• Experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Health care experience a plus but not required
• Admission to the state bar for the office applied to or eligibility for admission by waiver
