Immigration Associate — London

Short-term/maternity-cover opportunity for an immigration lawyer to join a busy London team advising corporate and private clients on UK immigration matters. The role is client-facing and involves advising on clearance, sponsor licences, skilled-worker routes and UK immigration compliance.

The team operates a hybrid working model (c.60% office attendance) and seeks a colleague who can step in quickly to maintain service levels during the leave period. The firm emphasises inclusion and offers recruitment adjustments for candidates with disabilities or neurodivergence.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with demonstrable experience in UK immigration law
• Practical experience with sponsor licences, skilled-worker routes and compliance advice
• Strong drafting, client-facing and case-management skills; ability to prioritise in a busy practice
• Available for a fixed-term/maternity-cover assignment and able to start promptly
