Income Partner, Litigation — Seattle

Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking an Income Partner to join its Seattle litigation team. The role is focused on commercial litigation matters; experience handling insurance-coverage and bad-faith disputes is a strong plus.

The successful candidate will independently manage litigation from intake through resolution, including taking and defending depositions, leading first-chair hearings and trials, and handling federal and state court matters. The team handles a mix of complex civil litigation for institutional clients.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the firm does not typically provide sponsorship.

• Juris Doctor (JD) required and active Washington bar admission
• Minimum ~12 years' commercial litigation experience
• Proven first-chair trial and extensive deposition/oral-argument experience
• Ability to run matters independently from start to finish
• Federal and state court experience preferred; admission in Oregon, Idaho, or Alaska a plus
