A market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice is seeking one or more associates to join its infrastructure-focused projects team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices.

The position centers on infrastructure projects work, including public-private partnerships, concessions, project financing, and drop-down transactions. You will represent equity sponsors, financing parties, and other private-sector participants in the PPP space, working closely with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with greenfield infrastructure experience are strongly preferred. The practice spans core infrastructure assets such as toll roads, airports, bridges and tunnels, vertical infrastructure, water and wastewater, digital infrastructure, energy transition, and data centers.

3 to 9+ years of relevant infrastructure projects experience
Specific experience with PPP, concessions, project financing, and drop-down transactions
Experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties, and/or other private-sector participants in the PPP space
Greenfield infrastructure experience preferred
Experience with core infrastructure assets (e.g., toll roads, airports, bridges and tunnels, vertical infrastructure, water and wastewater, digital, energy transition, data centers)
Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills
Membership in the State Bar of the office where the candidate expects to be located
