The team handles cross-border restructurings and insolvency-related regulatory issues. The successful hire will take a visible client-facing role and help grow the practice in France.

- Extensive insolvency/restructuring experience at partner level, including cross-border matters
- Admitted to practice in France or equivalent civil-law jurisdiction; fluency in French and English
