Seeking an associate to join a national insurance coverage practice handling first- and third-party coverage matters. The role is litigation-focused and involves counseling clients, drafting pleadings and briefs, and supporting trial and appellate work.

This is a partnership-track position open across multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Miami, Richmond, Washington, D.C., and New York). Candidates will work closely with firm lawyers and clients, take responsibility for substantive drafting and analysis, and be expected to contribute to pro bono matters and business development efforts.

2–5 years of insurance coverage experience representing policyholders or insurers
Litigation experience with strong analytical and legal writing skills
Familiarity with first- and third-party policies and principles of policy interpretation
Licensed (or able to obtain license) in the jurisdiction of employment within one year
Demonstrated initiative, client-service orientation, and strong academic record; willingness to handle pro bono matters
