A leading international law firm's insurance coverage team seeks a senior attorney with at least 10 years of significant insurance coverage litigation experience to join its Dallas office. The firm is internationally recognized as a leader in insurance coverage, advising insurance industry clients on complex matters across the United States and worldwide.

The role involves analyzing insurance coverage issues and litigating first- and third-party claims across multiple lines of coverage, as well as bad faith disputes. The attorney will manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions and attending court hearings and trials.

Strong research, writing, and litigation skills are required, along with admission to the Texas Bar.

At least 10 years of significant insurance coverage litigation experience
Experience analyzing coverage issues and litigating first- and third-party claims across multiple lines of coverage and bad faith
Full-cycle litigation management experience, including depositions, court hearings, and trials
Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
Texas Bar admission mandatory
