An Am Law 100 full-service firm is seeking a senior associate or partner to join its Insurance Coverage Practice in its Atlanta office.

The role centers on interpreting contracts across all lines of business and representing insurers in complex coverage disputes. Work spans monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory-relief litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.

The team advises primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies. Seven to ten years of experience providing coverage opinions on issues such as bad faith claims, disclaimers of coverage, coverage allocation, and policy interpretation
Experience litigating extra-contractual and bad faith claims
Strong legal research and writing skills
Admission to the Georgia Bar
