Insurance Defense Attorney — Insurance (Boca Raton)

Join a national insurance defense practice as an experienced litigation attorney based in the Boca Raton office. The role focuses on defending liability matters, including product liability and personal injury claims, for insurer clients.

Responsibilities include managing all stages of litigation: taking depositions, handling court conferences and hearings, drafting and arguing motions, and producing high-quality legal research and written work. Candidates with trial and extensive deposition experience are preferred.

• 7-10 years of insurance defense litigation experience (product liability, personal injury, general liability)
• Admission to the Florida Bar required
• Proven experience taking depositions and handling court appearances; motion drafting and oral argument experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills; excellent academic credentials
