A nationally recognized Insurance Recovery and Counseling practice is seeking a talented Insurance Recovery Associate with at least four years of relevant experience. This is a non-partner associate position based in the firm's Indianapolis, Indiana office.

At least 4 years of relevant experience in insurance recovery, insurance coverage litigation, or policyholder-side coverage counseling
Demonstrated experience representing policyholders and counseling clients on insurance recovery
Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
High degree of professionalism, initiative, sound judgment, and attention to detail
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to the applicable state bar and in good standing, or ability to obtain admission promptly
Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required
