Experienced insurance recovery associate opportunity in a busy insurance recovery and counseling practice. The role focuses on policyholder-side matters, including complex coverage disputes, recoveries, and strategic counseling across a range of industries.

Responsibilities include representing corporate policyholders in coverage litigation and arbitration, analyzing policy language and endorsements, drafting coverage opinions and pleadings, managing discovery and motion practice, and working directly with clients, brokers, insurers, and outside counsel to advance recovery objectives.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in insurance recovery, coverage litigation, or policyholder-side counseling
Demonstrated experience representing policyholders in coverage disputes, litigation, and/or arbitration
Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively with teams and clients
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to the applicable state bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly)
