IP Associate — Life Sciences, Boston

Join a national intellectual property practice as an Associate focused on life‑sciences matters. The role offers substantive work on patent prosecution and patent litigation for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, working with experienced IP teams on high‑value, complex matters.

This position is based in the Boston office; attorneys in this group also have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C. Candidates will work on drafting patent applications, office‑action responses, claim construction and related litigation support.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and technical background in life sciences, biotechnology or related field.
• Experience or strong interest in patent prosecution and patent litigation in the life‑sciences sector.
• Excellent writing, analysis and client‑service skills; ability to manage multiple matters on team engagements.
• Submission of law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts is requested.
