Intellectual Property Associate (Life Sciences) — Boston

Top-tier law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property associate to join a busy life‑sciences IP team. The role offers experience across patent prosecution and patent litigation matters for clients in biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields.

You'll work with experienced IP attorneys on technically sophisticated matters, collaborating across offices. Candidates should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and (if applicable) graduate transcripts as part of the application.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation, with a focus on life‑sciences/biotech matters
• Scientific/technical background relevant to biotech or pharma (e.g., biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering)
• Strong legal writing, analysis and teamwork skills
• Admission to at least one U.S. bar; patent bar registration preferred if prosecution experience is required
