IP Associate — Life Sciences, Boston

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join a busy life-sciences IP team in Boston. The role involves patent prosecution and related patent litigation matters for biotechnology and life‑sciences clients.

You'll work with experienced patent litigators and prosecutors on technically sophisticated matters, contributing to drafting, prosecution strategy, and litigation support. Candidates will be asked to provide law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application.

• Technical background in life sciences, biotechnology, molecular biology, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience with patent prosecution and familiarity with patent litigation workflows
• Excellent drafting, legal research and analytical skills
• Admission or eligibility for registration to practice before the USPTO preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross‑functional teams and handle complex technical subject matter
