Experienced IP associate sought for a busy Los Angeles practice handling trademark work across prosecution, transactions and contentious matters. The role will support clients on protection, enforcement and commercialisation of brand and other IP assets across domestic and international portfolios.

You will manage trademark and copyright filings, draft and negotiate licenses and related agreements, advise on portfolio strategy and represent clients in oppositions and enforcement matters. The team collaborates across time zones and industries, servicing commercial, technology, luxury and consumer-facing clients.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active California bar membership in good standing
Approximately 5 years' post-qualification experience focusing on trademark prosecution, IP transactions and related litigation
Proven drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills; experience with clearance searches and responding to office actions
Ability to manage multiple matters independently, conduct detailed legal research and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
