Intellectual Property Associate — Technology

Top-tier international law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join a busy technology-focused IP practice. The role combines patent prosecution and litigation work across a range of technology clients and matters.

The position is open to candidates for one of several U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.) and will involve collaboration with experienced IP teams across offices. Candidates will be asked to provide academic transcripts as part of the application.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Practical experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation with a technology focus
• Technical background in technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Strong writing, advocacy and project-management skills; academic transcripts required
