Intellectual Property Associate — Technology

Seeking an Intellectual Property associate to join a busy technology-focused IP practice. The role includes patent prosecution and patent litigation work across a range of technologies and clients.

Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices — including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C. — and will involve collaboration with experienced IP teams on technically sophisticated matters.

• J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Demonstrated experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation; experience with technology-sector clients preferred
• Technical undergraduate or advanced degree preferred (engineering, computer science, or related field)
• Strong academic record and effective written and oral advocacy skills; ability to work collaboratively on multi-office teams
