Intellectual Property Associate — Technology

Leading international law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property associate to join a busy, multidisciplinary IP team handling technology matters across prosecution and litigation. The role offers exposure to high‑profile, technically sophisticated patent work alongside experienced IP litigators and prosecutors.

This position is open across multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.). Candidates should expect a mix of patent prosecution, litigation support and counseling for clients in technology sectors.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation with a technology focus; technical background preferred.
• Strong drafting, research and advocacy skills; ability to work collaboratively on cross‑office matters.
• Willingness to provide law school and undergraduate transcripts upon request.
