Intellectual Property Associate — Technology

Experienced IP associates are sought for a technology-focused role within a busy, full-service international firm. The position offers responsibility for both patent prosecution and patent litigation matters across a range of technology clients.

This is a multi-office posting; candidates may be considered for several U.S. offices. You will join a collaborative IP team that works at the intersection of technology, government and business.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the United States
• Demonstrable experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation, with a technology focus
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to manage substantive IP matters
• Willingness to be based in one of the firm's U.S. offices and to submit law school and undergraduate transcripts on application
