Intellectual Property Associate — Technology

A national search for an Intellectual Property Associate to join a busy technology-focused IP practice. The role involves patent prosecution and patent litigation work across a range of technology matters, working with experienced IP litigators and prosecuting attorneys.

The position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). The team handles cross-office matters and offers opportunities to work on complex, high-profile technology and life-sciences matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school; submission of law school (and undergraduate/graduate, if applicable) transcripts required
• Demonstrable experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation involving technology matters
• Strong academic record and excellent research, writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and practice groups
