Intellectual Property Litigation Associate — Washington, D.C.

Well-established national litigation practice is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on complex patent litigation matters in federal court and at the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Successful candidates will join a growing IP team and work on high‑stakes, commercially significant disputes alongside experienced litigators. The group offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

• Minimum ~2 years of complex intellectual property litigation experience (federal courts or U.S. ITC)
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and academic record
• Experience taking and defending depositions strongly preferred
• Admission to practice in the District of Columbia required
