An interim opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment lawyer to support a leading global financial institution on a flexible-resourcing basis. This is a part-time engagement of at least four days per week, with two days in the office, commencing mid-November for a period of four to six months.

The role involves advising on a broad range of employment matters, including day-to-day employment queries, drafting and negotiating employment documentation, policies and procedures, managing litigation and pre-action matters, and handling hires and exits, including complex and senior departures. There will also be a focus on legal and HR issues arising across EMEA and Asia jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will be supported by a sponsoring partner and an engaged client team, with access to the wider firm's resources, know-how, training and development, alongside networking events and webinars.

Qualified lawyer with strong employment law expertise.
International experience managing employment and HR issues across EMEA and Asia, ideally in a regulated environment.
Collaborative, solutions-focused problem solver.
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a wider team in a fast-moving environment.
Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
Right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship unavailable).
