Short-term, full-time interim role (approx. 6 months) supporting a major structured finance client. The role is office-based three days per week in London and involves working on repackaging transactions within an established team.

The successful candidate will draft and execute documentation for issuing notes, warrants and loans under in‑house repackaging programmes, and handle exercises such as warrants and swap calls on live trades. You will be supported by a sponsoring partner and will have access to firm know‑how and resources while on assignment.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) and be able to operate in a fast‑moving environment, meeting tight deadlines and collaborating with internal and client teams.

  • Qualified lawyer with proven repackaging/structured finance experience.
  • Experience issuing notes, warrants and loans under repackaging programmes and handling exercises (warrants, swap calls).
  • Strong drafting and transaction execution skills; comfortable working to tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and prioritise multiple matters.
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
