We are a small, collaborative international law firm with a strong cross-border practice. Our Paris office is seeking a senior international arbitration lawyer to join and help us build out this strategic practice.

This is a unique opportunity for a partner or counsel (or a small group) to join a platform where all partners are equity partners and 20% of partnership net income is distributed as a bonus pool, ensuring your contributions are rewarded from day one.

• Native or fluent French and English, with the ability to represent clients in French court proceedings.
• Substantial experience in international arbitration, with a practice that complements our existing team.
• Proven track record of business generation and a growth mindset.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting approach; no service partners.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD).
