An international law firm is seeking a full-time intern to join its Energy & Infrastructure department in Paris for the first semester of 2028, from January to June.

The team's work spans public law, corporate law, contract law, energy law, OHADA law and construction law, with matters across the infrastructure, energy, transport and mining sectors in jurisdictions throughout Europe, Africa and Central Asia.

Depending on the intern's profile — public law, private law or international law — and interests, there will be scope to focus on particular practices or sectors covered by the department.

Gradually integrated into the team and its matters, the intern can expect varied work: preparing legal research, drafting memoranda and contractual documentation, and assisting with due diligence.

  • Enrolled student or recent graduate with a background in public law, private law or international law
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Motivation, rigour and team spirit
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g. Russian) a plus
