We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join a leading Investigations + White Collar Defense practice. The team serves as trusted advisors to global companies and financial institutions, advocating before government agencies including the DOJ, SEC, and state attorneys general.

This role involves defending companies and executives in complex investigations and enforcement matters, including multi-jurisdictional and cross-border proceedings. You will apply a disciplined investigative approach, involving efficient factual development, synthesis of complex factual records, advocacy, and strategy to address clients' regulatory, litigation, and business objectives.

Ideal candidates are high performers with excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude. Active membership in the New York or Washington DC bar is required. This position is open across multiple offices.

3-5 years of experience conducting investigations on behalf of corporate clients and responding to enforcement inquiries of DOJ, SEC, and other government agencies
Experience drafting briefs, whitepapers, client- and government-facing presentations, and correspondence
Experience conducting witness interviews and depositions
Experience managing e-discovery
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong case management skills and a team-oriented attitude
Active member of the New York or Washington DC bar
