Investment Funds Associate — Los Angeles

An established Los Angeles office is seeking associates with two to six years of experience to join its Investment Funds practice group.

The group advises private equity firms and other asset managers on fund formation, GP stakes sales, secondary transactions, and a broad range of related corporate transactional matters.

This is a hands-on role within a market-leading funds platform, offering significant responsibility and direct client exposure across the full fund lifecycle.

• Two to six years of relevant experience
• Experience in fund formation, M&A, capital markets, or other corporate transactional work
• Strong drafting, analytical, and transaction-management skills
• Interest in building a practice serving private equity firms and asset managers
