A New York office is seeking associates to join a rapidly expanding Investment Funds team. This is a strategically important, growth-focused practice area with strong internal support and momentum.

The team is multi-disciplinary and represents private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and other vehicles employing alternative investment strategies. Associates also have the opportunity to work on retail alternative fund matters, including BDCs, interval funds, and closed-end funds.

The role offers direct client contact and involvement in business development, making it well suited to candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

3–6 years of experience in investment management and fund formation
Background representing private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, and/or hybrid funds
Interest in or exposure to retail alternative funds (e.g., BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds) is welcome
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills, with comfort in client-facing and business development contexts
