IP Associate (Trademark & Copyright Litigation) — New York

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy New York intellectual property litigation team. The role focuses on trademark, copyright and trade-secret disputes at the district-court and appellate levels.

The successful candidate will be expected to jump into high‑stakes docket work, manage motion practice and discovery, and work closely with senior litigators on trial preparation and appellate matters.

The team values strong academic credentials, excellent advocacy and collaborative teamwork in a high‑performance, client-facing environment.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience in trademark, copyright and/or trade‑secret matters
• J.D. and admission to practice in good standing (or ability to be admitted)
• Proven district‑court and appellate litigation experience; ready to handle a busy docket
• Superior academic record and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
