The role sits in the Washington, D.C. office and will collaborate closely with colleagues across offices, including the firm’s Silicon Valley team, on complex district‑court matters and strategic licensing work.

Associates will handle litigation fundamentals — discovery, motion practice, and case strategy — while receiving mentorship and meaningful responsibility on sophisticated matters for technology clients. • 2–6 years patent litigation experience
• Hands‑on experience with motion practice, discovery, and case strategy
• Strong academic record and technical background; degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics preferred
